The TX5320 is a family of positive 400mA output hybrid linear regulators specifically designed for sustained high temperature applications, available +3.3, 5, 10, 12, and 15VDC. Other requested voltage outputs are readily available upon request.
All voltage regulators are 100% screened and tested at 200C, and also receive a Mil-Std-883 active Burn-in. Each device is also fully short-circuit protected, with recovery.
