The TX5321 is a family of negative 250mA output hybrid linear regulators specifically designed for sustained high temperature applications, available -3.3, -5, -10, -12,  and -15VDC.   Other requested voltage outputs are readily available upon request..

All voltage regulators are 100% screened and tested at 200C, and also receive a Mil-Std-883 active Burn-in. Each device is also fully short-circuit protected, with recovery.
