Utilizing the Analog Devices OP284 die, the TX284 is a dual-output, single supply, 4-MHz amplifier featuring rail-to-rail inputs and outputs, housed in a JEDEC compatible 8-pin SOIC Surface Mount Ceramic package.

It is guaranteed to operate from +3 to +36 (± 1.5 to ± 18) volts and will function with a single supply as low as + 1.5 Volts.

All TX284 OP-AMPS are 100% screened and tested at 200C, and also receive a Mil-Std-883 active Burn-in.
